Pandemic Memories and Looking Forward

Pandemic Memories and Looking Forward – Hopes and Dreams

The Friends of the PRUH are creating this webpage to reflect memories of the pandemic and hopes and dreams for the future in prose or poetry.

Your story or poem should have a title and should reflect your experiences and thoughts during any aspect of the pandemic. It can be of any length, but should have a limit of 1500 words and your full name (or first name only if you prefer) should be given at the end. There is no limit to the number of contributions you can make but any abusive or disrespectful contributions will not be accepted. If sufficient contributions are received it may be possible to produce a booklet of stories and poems.

Please help us to raise funds by making a suggested donation of £5 for each contribution which will be displayed on this page. Please check and correct any errors and then email webmaster@friendsofpruh.org.uk with a soft copy (e.g. doc, pdf) of your contribution attached.

To make your donation, please complete this form and post it to the address given on the form together with your donation.

The Friends are supporting staff at the hospital with their involvement in the “Ways with Words”, Literary Festival in Orpington. During the run up to and during the Festival we will put some  of their entries on this page.
